My journey to design leadership began in sales, where I developed the foundational skills I now use to drive strategic initiatives and inspire high-performing teams. That experience honed my ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
As a design leader, I've scaled user-centered design processes across organizations, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
I believe in leading by example, practicing extreme ownership and cultivating an environment where teams feel empowered to do their best work.
I’m drawn to organizations that prioritize a culture of inclusion, compassion and respect.
As a manager, there’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping team members grow and develop their skills, so I love to work for teams that can demonstrate a commitment to growing their people and celebrating their successes.
